ZoeCare is a pregnancy center that seeks to meet the needs of women and couples who are facing an unplanned pregnancy. All services are free and confidential.
USD Yotes for Life
The mission of the Yotes for Life Prolife Group is to establish an active pro-life culture among the students of our community by educating our peers on life and by actively promoting the right to life for all persons (pre-born and born).
ALPHA CENTER - Sioux Falls, SD
The Alpha Center is a non-profit agency that provides a full range of services to women and men involved in an unexpected pregnancy. Our goal is to provide positive alternatives with practical support. Since 1984, this center has helped women and men of all ages and various cultural backgrounds from the Sioux Falls community and beyond.
Mary's Choice
Mary's Choice a 501(c)(3) nonprofit pregnancy & family resource center serving families in Siouxland with free help through pregnancy into adulthood.
They provide support and assistance to women experiencing an unexpected pregnancy as well as families raising children. Their center provides pregnancy tests, limited ultrasounds, someone to talk to, baby supplies, infant to adult clothing, emotional support and referral services free to anyone in need regardless of marital status, race, religion or background.
SOUTH DAKOTA RIGHT TO LIFE
South Dakota Right to Life (SDRTL) is a non-profit public service organization. SDRTL’s primary purpose is to educate through the presentation of detailed and factual information about fetal development, abortion, alternatives to abortion, infanticide, euthanasia, assisted suicide and related issues, upon which individuals and the general public may make informed decisions.

Her Health empowers women and families facing unexpected pregnancies in Siouxland, with clinics in Sioux City and Le Mars, IA. They provide accurate information, free services, and practical support with a holistic and compassionate approach. They give each of their clients the care and attention they need, empowering them to make informed decisions for themselves and their future.
